1. The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, has sought a direction upon the respondents to allow him to complete the work of “Providing/Lying of HDPE/GI pipes and civil structure for improvement and Augmentation of Water Supply Scheme Gali Pindi under NRDWP” allotted to him pursuant to communication No. PHEP/14023-26 dated 16.12.2023 with a further direction that the work allotted to him be not re-tendered. The petitioner has also sought a direction upon respondent No. 2 to accord consideration to his representation dated 05.10.2025 after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No. 2 to consider his representation dated 05.10.2025 in accordance with law and take a decision thereon within a specific period of time. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to accord consideration to the representation dated 05.10.2025 of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to him. Till such time, the representation of the petitioner is considered, the allotment of the aforesaid work in his favour shall not be cancelled and the work shall not be retendered.
