1. The petitioner, through the medium of preset writ petition, has sought a direction upon the respondents for allotment of space adjacent to Shop No. 57-CC, Rail Head Complex, Jammu on the analogy of similarly situated and circumstanced persons with a further direction commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from aforesaid shop till his representation is considered and decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner would feel satisfied if the representation dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure-II to the writ petition) made by the petitioner before the Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority Rail Head Complex, Jammu is considered and decided by the said authority in light of

the judgments passed by this Court in the cases of similarly situated persons, within a specific time.
