In view of Notification No. G.S. R. 267 (E) dated 29th April, 2020 read with Notification No. G. S. R. 317 (E) dated 28th May, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Personal, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), the jurisdiction to decide the lis regarding service disputes of the employees of the Union Territories of J&K, and Ladakh has been conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu/Srinagar Bench.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the record of the present case be transferred to CAT, Srinagar Bench, however, retaining a soft copy thereof for record.
