A perusal of the minutes of meeting reveals that nobody has been appearing in this case on behalf of the petitioner for the last two consecutive dates of hearing. Today also when the matter was taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared for the petitioner. Even steps for effecting service upon the respondent has not been taken by the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute his case.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
