Ms. Pallavi Sharma, Assisting counsel to Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondent has produced the copy of the communication dated 18.04.2025 issued by the respondent wherein it is submitted that an amount of Rs. 11,89,576/- stands transferred to the Account of Registrar Judicial of this Court. Copy of the communication (supra) is taken on record.
In view of the above, order dated 24.11.2023 passed by this Court stands complied with, as such, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, proceedings in this petition are closed .
Registrar Judicial is directed to release the amount, so deposited, by the respondent in favour of the petitioner after due verification and identification. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate the matter in case the cause survives.
