Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners have already approached the learned Arbitrator and that the matter is pending before him. It is submitted that it would be appropriate and proper for the petitioners to seek the relief claimed in the present petition before the learned Arbitrator.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interest of the petitioners is required to be protected till their application is considered and decided by the learned Arbitrator.
In view of the above submissions, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Arbitrator for seeking interim relief. The learned Arbitrator shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of one month. Till then, the order passed in this case shall remain in force.
