Mr. Shamsi, learned DSGI submits that he has received a communication No. PNR-I/S-6/2022-23/986 dated 12.07.2022 from Sr. Accounts Officer (PNR-I), which shows that the pension of the petitioner has been settled and pension has already been released. Copy of the communication is taken on record. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
Since no one appeared for the petitioner for last two hearings. Nobody appears today as well, suggesting lack of interest to prosecute this petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected CM
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
