There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
The petitioner filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 30.05.2013, regarding internal Sale Center of Sangerwani., on the communication of TSO to Assistant Director, CA and PD Department, Pulwama with a direction that respondents to release the supply of ration to the petitioners’ Fair Price Shop, Sangerwani, Pulwama.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has given them an affidavit that he has no grievance against the department and want to withdraw this writ petition. The affidavit produced in the open Court is taken on record.
In view of the fact, that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this writ petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected CM(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
