Having regard to the nature of relief sought for, coupled with the consensus of the learned appearing Counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Collector concerned for seeking the redressal of their grievance qua the release of compensation in regard to the admitted portion of land in tune with the award passed with respect thereto. Insofar as the claim of the Petitioners which is disputed by the Respondents, the Petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for seeking the redressal of the said portion of the grievance in tune with the mandate of law and the rules governing the field.
Disposed of as above, along with the connected CM(s).
