Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of
this petition, respondent No.1 has filed charge-sheet before the trial Court. In view of this development, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to take all the grounds urged in this petition before the trial Court at the time of consideration of question of framing of charge.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with leave and
liberty as prayed for.
