No. 4145(E) dated 10.09.2021, the jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal ( hereinafter referred to as the ‘ DRT ’ ), Chandigarh Bench has been extended to the Union Territory of J&K and Ladakh, therefore, the matter is required to be transferred to DRT, Chandigarh Bench. Ordered accordingly .
Parties to appear before the Tribunal on 03.12.2021.
Writ records be also sent to DRT, Chandigarh Bench forthwith.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected CM.
