Through the medium of the instant petition, petitioner is seeking a direction for implementation of Industrial Policy of 2004. After the year 2004, several subsequent industrial policies have come into existence. Therefore, the relief prayed in the writ petition must have been rendered infructuous. Even otherwise nobody is present on behalf of petitioner to pursue this petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
