This contempt petition arises out of an interim order dated 0408-2006 passed in OWP No. 553/2006.
The aforesaid writ petition has already been decided vide order dated 10th August, 2021.
In view of the above, the interim order passed therein stands merged with the final order and, as such, contempt petition does not survive. Moreover, no one has appeared to press the contempt petition, accordingly contempt is directed to be closed.
The notices, if any, shall stand discharged.
