ORDER
The matter was listed on 08.07.2020 but in terms of notice dated
08.07.2020 issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, the same is
taken up today for hearing.
Mr. B. A. Dar, learned Sr. AAG appearing on behalf of the
respondents, submits that the detention order has been revoked and the detenu has been released from the custody on 04.07.2020, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. His statement is taken on record.
Mr. Bilal Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, has no objection, in case this petition is dismissed on the aforesaid count.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed alongwith connected application(s), if any.
