ORDER
The petitioners had approached this Court with a grievance that by constructing of a road, the water channel is being damaged. As a result the supply of water for drinking and irrigation in the area will be disturbed.
Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG appearing for the respondents
submitted that for construction of road, the water channel is not being effected in any way. At one place, road will cross the water channel, however, due care has been taken to ensure that flow of water will not be disturbed in any way.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of.
