ORDER
The petitioners had approached this Court seeking protection of
their life and liberty on account of having married against the wishes of their family members.
While issuing notice on 15.02.2016, the respondents were directed
not to harass the petitioners in any manner. Thereafter, the petitioners did not take any interest to pursue the matter, which suggest that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.
The aforesaid fact clearly establish that the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
