The present application has been filed for

condonation of delay of 5 days in filing the present appeal. As per the averments made therein, it is stated that on account of bona fide clerical mistake in the office of the counsel, certified copy of the impugned judgment was mistakenly tagged and filed in another connecting and similar matters on 31.12.2025. On noticing said mistake, immediate steps were taken for filing the instant appeal. It is further submitted that the delay in filing the present appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate, but has occurred on account of bona fide reasons, as stated in the application.

Learned counsel for the non-

applicants/respondents have stated that they have no objection if the present application is allowed.

In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, and in view of the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
