By way of the present application,
indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of Rs.1,24,512/-, deposited by the non-applicant, in the Registry of this Court. The above titled Arbitration Appeal No.84 of 2024, has been decided by this Court, on 17.10.2024.
In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant, the amount so lying deposited, in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released, along with proportionate interest, in favour of the applicant, by remitting the same into his bank account, particulars of which have been mentioned in Annexure R-1 to the application.
The application stands disposed of.
