Learned counsel for the appellant informs the Court that in interregnum, the parties have approached the Court for grant of mutual divorce, and in terms of the decree passed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hamirpur, dated 26.5.2026, in HMA petition No. 376 of 2025, titled Rekha Kumari vs. Rajeev Kumar, mutual divorce has been granted to the parties in terms of the settlement arrived at between them.
