Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 10.09.2026 and copy of office order dated 07.08.2026 passed by the Executive Engineer, Kumarsain Division, HPPWD, Kumarsain, which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status with effect from 01.01.2006 on completion of eight years continuous service in the department and his pay has been re-fixed on notional basis.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 03.12.2025 passed in CWPOA No.1374 of 2019, titled, Til Bahadur vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others , has been complied with and the petitioner has been granted the work charge status after completion of eight years continuous service, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the consequential benefits flowing from the order are not released within eight weeks from today in favour of the petitioner, who has retired from service on 30.06.2022, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
