has been granted the pay-scale of Rs.29700/-Level-8, Cell-I as per CS(RP) Rules, 2022 and he has been granted higher pay-scale after completion of two years of regular service i.e. Rs.37600/- Level-8 Cell-9 dated 01.02.2025.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 03.12.2025 passed in CWP No.18933 of 2025, titled, Kalpna Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others , stands complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition except directing the respondents to release the consequential benefits in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the consequential benefits shall be paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from today.
