Learned vice counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Corporation has placed on record instructions dated 21^st September, 2026. Copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

From a perusal of the same, it is evident that the total outstanding payment on account of Dearness Relief to be paid to the petitioner was for a sum of Rs.56,517/-, out of which, Rs.19,866/- is stated to have already been disbursed. The balance amount of ₹36,651/- has been ordered to be paid to the petitioner in terms of instructions dated 21.09.2026 placed on record today in the Court.

In view thereof, the present proceedings are closed.
