For the Respondents : Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): While placing on record communication dated 24.07.2026, issued under the signatures of the Divisional Manager, HRTC, Dharamshala, Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that a sum of Rs. 11,90,244/on account of DCRG has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and, out of aforesaid amount, sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- has already been released vide cheque No.47101, dated 14.11.2025. He further states that sum of Rs.7, 21, 360/- on account of leave encashment shall also be released, subject to availability of funds, if any, by the government. Since sum of Rs. 11, 90,244/- stands sanctioned in favour of the petitioner on account of DCRG, this Court sees no reason to keep the present petition alive and accordingly, same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release remaining amount of Rs. 9,90,244/- on account of DCRG as well as sum of Rs.7, 21,
