Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 14.09.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla1 and copy of office order dated 14.09.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary) Shimla, Distt. Shimla (HP), which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 14.09.2026 reveals that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and it has been held that the petitioner is similarly situated to CWP No.5390 of 2024, titled as Surya Prabha & others vs. State of H.P. & others .

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 03.07.2025, passed in CWP No.6981 of 2024, titled, Sumita Chauhan and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
