Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 11.09.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of office order dated 11.09.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Hamirpur, District Hamipur, H.P., which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the representation of the petitioners has been considered and the petitioners are similarly situate to CWP No.5390 of 2024, titled as Surya Prabha and others versus State of H.P. and others . Since the respondents have now held the petitioners

to be similarly situate to the case as referred above, they are entitled to the consequential benefits as granted to Surya Prabha .

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.01.2026 passed in CWP No.827 of 2026, titled, Ranjeet Singh Guleria and others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others , has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the consequential benefits are not released and paid to the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
