Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 21.04.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Sangrah (B&R) Division, H.P. PWD Sangrah, conveying issuance of the office order of the even date by the Engineer-in-Chief, H.P. PWD Shimla in petitioner’s case. The said office order has also been appended with the office instructions, in terms of which the claim of the petitioner has been considered and allowed for family pension, subject to the final outcome of the Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) statedly filed by the
