Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copies of letters dated 10.03.2026 and 14.09.2026 and office order dated 14.09.2026, passed by the Director, Women and Child Development, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 14.09.2026, reveals that the petitioner who has retired as Peon on 31.10.2022 has been regularized with retrospective effect from the date his juniors were regularized i.e. w.e.f. 23.11.1996 along with all consequential benefits. However, the arrear of pay shall be admissible w.e.f. 30.09.2021,

restricting the same three years prior to the date of filing of the petition.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 13.08.2025, passed in CWP No.11199 of 2024, titled, Raja Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.

Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
