The petitioner by way of present petition has
prayed for the following substantive reliefs:-
- “(i) That the order dated 06.06.2014 contained in Annexure A-2 passed by respondent No.1 may kindly be quashed and set aside.
- (ii) That the respondent department may kindly be directed to consider the case of the applicant for counting the past services of the applicant w.e.f. 13.03.2006 to 27.09.2012 for the purpose of seniority, increments, promotion and pensionary benefits.
