Petitioner, Thothi Ram has come up before this
Court seeking the following relief(s):
(a) Direct the respondents to grant the work-charge status to the petitioner after completion of 9 years service with 240 days w.e.f 01.01.1999 in the pay scale of rs 2520-4140/- with all other allowance applicable to the cadre post including difference of arrears w.e.f 01.01.1999 to 31.08.2005 alongwith 12 % interest.
(b) Direct the respondents to pay the gratuity and service gratuity under the CCS Pension Rules, 1972 to the

petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.1999 to 31.08.205 and leave encashment after fixed his lastly salary on regular basis alongwith interest @ 12 % per annum.”
2. Upon listing of the case today Learned Counsel informed this Court that petitioner is no more in the land of living. He further submits that none of his legal heirs, as orally instructed, intent to continue with the present proceedings. [ Statement taken on record]

In aforesaid terms, the writ petition and all pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of, accordingly.
