Petitioner has approached this Court against constitution of Regional Transport Authority with prayer for removal of Director Transport from the post of Chairman Regional Transport Authority, being unconstitutional and in violation of provisions of Motor Vehicle Act and rules framed there under and also consequential challenge has also been laid to the meeting held on 30.8.2023 and proceedings thereof.
