"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 22.08.2026, the respondents have, inter alia, conveyed that transfer order dated 24.03.2026 impugned in this writ petition has been cancelled by the respondents on 16.07.2026.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition stands redressed. Learned counsel, however, submits that petitioner has some other grievances in respect of certain other orders passed by the respondents relating to the transfer order impugned in this petition, therefore, petitioner be reserved liberty to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances. Accordingly, granting such liberty, the instant petition to stand disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
