The petitioner has prayed for following substantive

relief: -

"That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondents to grant pension to the petitioner as per Rule 44(8) of Pension Rules Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, and to release the pension to the Petitioner w.e.f. 01.05.2024 with all pensionary benefits along with interest @12% per annum."

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that

the amount payable in terms of the aforesaid office instructions shall be credited to the bank account of the petitioner within one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid office instructions, coupled with submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, have redressed the grievance of the petitioner and, insofar as the remaining grievance of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner may be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.

Granting liberty as prayed for, the present petition to stand disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
