Petitioner, Sidharth has filed the instant petition,
seeking the following relief(s):
(i) Directing the respondents that the petitioner should be considered as Ph.D. Scholar from the retrospective date of the petitioner has deposited the fee or from the allotment of 1st Guide i.e Prof. P.K Ahluwalia as per the Ordinance/University Rules.
2 . Upon issuance of notice on 02.05.2015, pleadings were exchanged inter se the parties to the present list.
3 . Upon listing of the matter for hearing today,
