While placing on record communication dated 14.09.2026 issued under the signature of Under Secretary (Industries) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that Department of Industries vide letter dated 14.09.2026, copy whereof has been attached with aforesaid communication, has conveyed approval for issuance of letter of intent in favour of the petitioner and others.

2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of the learned Deputy Advocate General.

Consequently, in view of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in instant proceedings and present petition is disposed of with direction to the Director (Industries) to ensure that letter of intent in terms of approval granted in favour of the petitioner and others is issued, if not already issued, expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
