2. Petitioner is service as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at GPS Chipni-2, U/c GPCS Bathad Education Block Banjar, District Kullu, H.P. His grievance is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 17.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer, but the aforesaid representation

has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till now.
is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-
2, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within four
weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
