completion of his normal tenure at the aforesaid place, he preferred a representation dated 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.

1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2 seeking transfer but the aforesaid representation has not been

considered and decided by the competent authority till now.

3 . Taking note of the aforesaid grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-

3, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within four

weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
