Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition on 11.09.2026 and 15.09.2026, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 17.09.2026 from the Director School Education, along with the fresh consideration order of the even date, reaffirming petitioner’s transfer to Government Senior Secondary School, Jangla Bhood, District Sirmaur, and also reaffirming the rejection of petitioner’s request for transfer from the said place to a place of his preference.
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the instant petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
