Pursuant to the detailed order passed in this

writ petition on 09.09.2026 and also the order dated 15.09.2026, learned Deputy Advocate General has now placed on record office instructions dated 15.09.2026 from the Director Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, tendering apology for the order in question dated 28.07.2026 passed by respondent No.4. The instructions also convey that in view of aforesaid office order, show cause notice has been issued to respondent No.4 on

16.09.2026. Copy of the show cause notice has also been appended with the office instructions.

2. Alongwith the office instructions, respondent No.3 has also placed on record office letter dated 17.09.2026 addressed to all the Deputy Directors of School Education in the State, sensitizing them to decide the representations preferred by the employees in accordance with law, diligently perusing the facts therein including the directions, if any, issued by the Court and after carefully going through the decisions relied upon in them.

3. Taking note of the office instructions dated 15.09.2026, office letter dated 17.09.2026 and the show cause notice dated 16.09.2026, no further order is required to be passed in this matter. It is hoped and expected that the direction issued in office letter dated 17.09.2026 shall

be kept in view by all concerned while deciding representations of the employees.
