Learned counsel representing the petitioner fairly states

that during the pendency of present petition part payment has been released qua one bill, whereas certain objections have been raised qua second bill, which shall be removed within stipulated time. Since grouse of the petitioner has been redressed substantially, this court sees no reason to keep the present petition alive and accordingly, same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that

in the event of removal of objections qua second bill, payment shall be

released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably
