Pursuant to the above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 22.07.2026 from the office of the Assistant Collector First Grade, Dehra, District Kangra, conveying that the partition cases sought to be decided expeditiously by the petitioner in this writ petition stand already decided on 24.04.2024 and 09.02.2024, respectively.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above position and expresses regret on behalf of the petitioner for instituting this writ petition without being fully aware of the factual position.
