By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:-

“i) That the respondents may be directed to pay the arrears of revision of pay scale w.e.f 1.1.2016 to 16.04.2022 in lump sum with interest @ 9% per annum from the due date till the date of its realization.

ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to deduct the EPF contribution out of total amount of arrears of revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 16.04.2022 and to deposit the same with admissible employer share contribution to the petitioner EPF account.

(iii) That the respondents may al;so be directed to pay the revised leave-encashment to the petitioner because of revision
