Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has placed on record the result of petitioners’ re-appear examination of 6^th Semester, in which the petitioners had appeared in January, 2026. Learned counsel apprised that, in terms of the aforesaid result, the petitioners have cleared their re-appears. A copy of the result has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that the aforesaid result is now available on the website of respondent No.2-University.

Learned counsel has also placed on record the result of petitioners’ 7th Semester examination, in terms of which the petitioners have to re-appear in some papers and have passed in others.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in view of the result of petitioners’ 6^th Semester re-appear examinations produced by respondent No.2, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The consequences, on account of the result of the 7^th semester examination of the petitioners, shall follow.

Taking note of the result produced today by learned counsel for respondent No.2, this writ petition to stand disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
