During pendency of present proceedings, matter

was referred for mediation to Mr. G.D. Verma, Senior Advocate. Before learned Mediator, parties have settled their claim with respect to personal maintenance and petitioner has agreed to pay and respondent has agreed to receive Rs. 13,50,000/- as full and final settlement towards maintenance, payable by the petitioner to the respondent.

Parties have also agreed that petitioner shall continue to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month towards

maintenance to minor son Krish Sharma with annual increase of 10 percent regularly from 1^st July of every year.

As submitted by learned counsel for parties, under instructions received from respective parties, as also have been recorded by learned Mediator, Rs. 5,00,000/have been paid by the petitioner and received by the respondent and balance amount of Rs. 8,50,000/- has been agreed to be paid on or before 30.09.2026.

In view of above facts, matter is adjourned for passing of final order on 01.10.2026 after payment of remaining amount of full and final settlement arrived at between the parties.

It has also been submitted by learned counsel for parties under instructions that amount of Rs. 1,74,000/deposited by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court has also to be released in favour of respondent, over and above the payment of maintenance, as settled.
