It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been taken into custody for failure to comply with the order. Hence, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present petition at this stage. However, he prays that his appeal be decided expeditiously.

Keeping in view the fact that he is in custody, the prayer is allowed and the learned Appellate Court is directed to pre-pone the hearing and dispose of the appeal expeditiously after complying with the formalities.
