When this case was taken up for consideration, the Court stands informed that in the course of mediation, the matter stands amicably settled between the parties.

In the light of this development, this petition is disposed of by modifying the order under challenge and by observing that now the dispute intra the parties shall be construed to have been settled in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the parties before the learned Mediator. The mediation proceedings are made part of the record, and so also the settlement entered into between the parties.
