In light of this fact, as no stay has been granted to the petitioner by this Court against the order of interim maintenance and further, the said order has been in force for more than 2 years, as of now, the petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order but with the observation that the application filed under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure be decided by the learned Court below as expeditiously as possible and preferably

by 30.11.2026 by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
