Pursuant to the orders passed in this contempt petition from

time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 18.09.2026 from Director Higher Education. Relevant portion of which reads as under:

“In this regard, it is respectfully submitted that the case of the petitioner was taken up with the Government by the Director of School Education vide letter dated 14.09.2026, seeking provision of additional funds amounting to Rs.2,39,712/-. The Government, vide letter dated 17.09.2026, has conveyed its approval. Accordingly, the budget is being allotted by the Director of School Education to concerned institution for making payment further to the petitioner.”

On the basis of instructions imparted to him, learned Additional Advocate General submits that amount in question shall be

released to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. In view

of above, respondents are directed to release the amount in terms of the

office instructions placed on record by them within a period of two weeks

In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are

to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if

any, in accordance with law.
