Learned counsel for the respondents submits that

compliance affidavit has been filed in the Registry of this Court. A copy whereof was made available for perusal. In terms of the compliance affidavit, case of the petitioner was considered and rejected under order dated 30.06.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of respondent’s having considered the case of the petitioner, the judgment in question now stands
