The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No.14044 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025.

Mr. Uday Singh, Advocate, vice Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. He has placed on record a copy of communication, as issued by Regional Manager, HRTC, Nalagarh addressed to the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, whereby it has been requested that the payment amounting to Rs.1,31,983/- with respect to DCRG and leave encashment be released in favour of the petitioner. submits that as far as interest part is concerned, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of statement of learned counsel for the respondents, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly closed. Notice discharged.

Needless to say that in case the grievance of the petitioner still remains un-addressed, in that event, he shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
