Petitioner, has invoked the contempt jurisdiction
of this Court alleging the non-compliance of the judgment dated 15.05.2026, [Annexure C-1], passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in CWP No. 7593 of 2026, titled as Santosh Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh &
Ors ., directing the Respondents-Competent to decide the representation, [ Annexure P-1, in the said writ petition ], within 12 weeks.

5 . Since the direction contained in the judgment dated 15.05.2026, [Annexure C-1], stands complied with, as the representation stands decided on 22.06.2026. In these circumstances, the instant petition shall stand closed. Notice of contempt is discharged.
6 . Liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek redressal hereinafter, in case, the grievance still survives.
